Peter S. Bernstein, M.D.
Dr. Bernstein is an American Board of Radiology Certified Diagnostic Radiologist with subspecialty expertise in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He received his Medical Degree 2002 from Albany Medical College, Albany, NY, after earning a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1992, followed by a Masters of Arts degree in Cognitive Psychophysiology at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, IL in 1994.
Dr. Bernstein completed his postgraduate Trasitional Internship at the New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens in New York, NY, and he then went on to Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, NJ, where he completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency training in 2007. Dr. Bernstein also served as Chief Resident during his Radiology Residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital. In 2008, Dr. Bernstein completed his Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD.
Dr. Bernstein relocated to Tampa, Florida in 2011, when he joined SDI Radiology. Dr. Bernstein is a member of several professional societies including American Board of Radiology, Florida Radiological Society, Society of Interventional Radiology, Cardiovascular & Interventional Society of Europe.
